I showed you all the pink magnetic polish from Claire's the other day, now I have the blue one to show you! This was actually my Valentine's Day mani. The pics I have here are just of the polish on its own, but I had added a heart glitter topcoat and some Seche Vite. The combo totally smudged the design, and blurred the wavy goodness. So I would definitely recommend leaving this polish to dry on its own, like a holo, topcoat kills the good times.
Also, the brush on these polishes is terrible, every one I looked at at my local Claire's was bent and wonky. My mom was appalled that I was opening the bottles, but I really wanted a decent brush! So applying this polish was kind of a game, trying to keep the polish from covering my whole finger. This swatch is two coats, holding the magnet about 15 seconds. No topcoat!

Happy < 3 Day!
I try not to get too into the Valentines stuff. Except for the candy. I get into a lot of candy. I had a pretty good Valentine's. People brought in tons of treats to work and all my customers were decent human beings today. So here is my just for fun VDay mani: China Glaze Octa-Gone Wild with OPI Super Bass Shatter hearts.
Look at that holographic goodness. Yum. Too bad this beauty is discontinued and hard to find. A suitable substitute might be one of the new Layla hologrophics. Do want.

New Nicole by OPI CVS Exclusives
To try to curb my num num binging, and because I had a craptastic day at work, I went to CVS to haul. Couldn't find the new Wet n Wild Spoiled nail polishes, and instead found a new display for NOPI's at CVS, technically part of the Kardashian collection. And that's all that we'll say referencing them. There were some really pretty colors, and some very un-unique ones. One looked like a dupe for OPI's Fiercely Fiona. Ew. But here are my picks from the collection, Smile for the Glam-era and Back to Reality- TV. SftG had a beaaaauuuutiful formula. Almost a one coater. A dark plum tinged brown, or a brown tinged plum, with a gorgeous gold and pink flecks of shimmer and a purple flash throughout. Similar idea to OPI Teasy Does It, but way more awesome.
Yes, I needed that many pictures. It was such a nice palette cleanser for me. Just dark and vampy and delicious. And then Back to Reality TV went on a little different than I thought. It's a medium dusty blue toned purple with a fine, almost hidden, shimmer. The shimmer is pink with some hints of gold. Very hard to capture. I did an accent nail with an unnamed Claire's mini glitter.

Love these polishes, but Smile for the Glamera is definitely my favorite!
